Office Manager
Monique has 9+ years working for Dr. Prather; first as a patient coordinator, then as office manager. Although Dr. Prather was her first time working in oral surgery, she brings over 20 years of medical front office experience, and loves interacting with our patients. A natural born problem solver, Monique strives to ensure our patients understand their insurance and benefits, working tirelessly with insurance companies to ensure patients get the care they need.

Patient Coordinator
Bobbie has been employed with Dr. Prather for six years as a patient coordinator. She is passionate about offering excellent customer service and is also CPR certified.

Patient Coordinator
Crystal has been employed with Dr. Prather for two years as a patient coordinator. She is passionate about offering excellent customer service and is also CPR certified.
Chelsea
Surgical Coordinator & Anesthesia Assistant
Chelsea has 10+ years as a surgical assistant/surgical coordinator working for Dr. Prather. She enjoys working with our patients to ensure their experience is a positive one. Chelsea is CPR and DAANCE certified to assist with anesthesia.
Ashley
Surgical & Anesthesia Assistant
Ashley Roark has 10+ years as a surgical assistant since joining Prather Oral & Facial Surgery. She takes pride in focusing on our patients by paying close attention to their needs to ensure our patients have a successful visit. Ashley also maintains a CPR and DAANCE certification to assist in anesthesia.

Jamie is the newest member of our team, and is brand new to oral surgery. She is employed as a surgical assistant and is a very fast learner! She enjoys interacting with all of our patients and we look forward to working with her for years to come.
